• Use this application only for legitimate business purposes
• Not share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Not attempt to access data or features beyond your authorization level
• Use pricing information only for customer quotations within your store
• Report any suspected misuse or security issues to the administrator

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities performed under your account are your responsibility. Accounts are non-transferable and must not be shared.

4. Pricing Information

All pricing data, offers, and schemes displayed in this application are for internal retail use only. Prices are subject to change without notice. Retail Tools India does not guarantee the accuracy of pricing at any given time and is not liable for errors in pricing information.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of this application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Retail Tools India and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Share, publish, or distribute pricing or offer information to unauthorized parties
• Use the application for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application
• Use automated tools or bots to access the application
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the application

7. Termination

Retail Tools India reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to the business or other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retail Tools India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this application.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
